Yoga's Good Vibes
Yoga is like music: the rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind, and the harmony of the spirit creates the symphony of life. (Mr. Iyengar was rarely wrong on the subject of yoga.) To boost the composition of your unique orchestral work, think about using an inspiring soundtrack! Music can totally transform your yoga experience. By directly penetrating your cells, the sounds bring a feeling of deep release and harmony to your energy.

The practice of—and listening to—kirtan are a form of meditation. The mantras, the melodies, the call-and-response singing all wash over you, and before you know it, your voice is leading your body to a state of deep relaxation. This kirtan session will be by donation, benefitting the non-profit La Chorba whose goal is to work on behalf of humanitarian efforts, in order to contribute to universal ideals about sharing and solidarity with the most disadvantaged sections of society.
