Traditional Morning Mysore Classes with Kia Naddermier and intro classes with Anna Layton Mysore Style Students practice individually while being given personalized instructions and adjustments from the teacher. How far you go in the Ashtanga sequence is adapted to your own body and the pace of the practice is decided by your breathing pattern. Suitable for all levels, but if you are new to Mysore Style please take a couple of intro classes before. Intro to Mysore Suitable for beginners as well as students who have only taken Guided Ashtanga Classes before but are new to Mysore Style and wish to develop a self practice. Guided Ashtanga Class In this dynamic class we work on the action, alignment and « flow » of the poses of the first part of the Ashtanga sequence. Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced students who wish to work on these important key points of the practice in a guided class format.
